Take a flight from Miri to Bario by MAS rural air services.
Upon arrival, settle in at the local long house at Pa Ukat,
before proceeding for a sight seeing tour of Bario Valley. Return
back to the long house and experience authentic food and culture
of the Kelabit tribal lifestyle. Overnight  
After breakfast, begin a morning trek through rice and farming
fields toward Pa Lungan and Long Repung. Along the way, pass
an ancient Kelabit burial ground en route to a wildlife haven
full of gibbons, hornbills, bucking deer and monkeys, and
other rainforest wildlife. Spend the night in a jungle shelter
tucked away in a bamboo forest. 
Rise early to begin your forest treck, which will lead you
by an Indonesian village to Ba Kelalan. Check in at Apple
Lodge. Overnight
After a nutritious Malaysian breakfast, visit a local salt
spring, pick an apple from Malaysia’s finest apple orchard,
and get a glimpse of a typical day in the life of a hard at
work, Ba Kelalan family.Additional
activiites are optional.
Standby for a flight or 4WD voyage to Lawas before connecting
flight departs for Miri.
